Local Facilities Manager

An experienced Local Facilities Manager is required to start September 2011 with a 3 month probationary period before confirmation of a permanent contract. This is a high profile customer facing role and will require excellent customer and supplier relationship management skills. The Local Facilities Manager will be expected to manage a small on site team to ensure service delivery and he/she will also be expected to have the capability to carry out minor building fabric tasks on an adhoc basis.

Key requirements include;
• Possess a valid UK driving licence
• Possess good IT skills and be experienced in using Word and Excel
H & S Qualifications desirable but not essential
