Employee of the Month Award – June 2011

Jonathan O’Neill, Divisional Accountant for Shepherd FM has been presented with the Employee of the Month Award at his office in York by Noel Clancy, CEO.

Jonathan was nominated for the award for his overall contribution within Shepherd FM during the past year. More recently this has included the development of the Shepherd FM Financial Dashboard. When presented with the award, Jonathan was quick to praise all the work that Richard Dacre had carried out in developing the Dashboard.

On achieving the accolade, Jonathan said;
 

“I am obviously very proud that my colleagues have taken time out to put my name forward for this award. It’s been a great year and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with Noel and his team. In particular I am very conscious of the great work that Richard Dacre has put in to turn my thoughts on our Dashboard into reality - he has never had a problem making changes and continues to be a pleasure to work with - I could not have developed our Dashboard without him!”
 

Noel Clancy added:
 

“People like Jonathan and Richard are critical to the success of our business. With such a great work ethic, we are able to continue to make our mark on what is a very demanding market place. And being able to reward this type of attitude and effort speaks volumes.”
 

The new Dashboard will provide Shepherd FM’s Contracts Managers with greater visibility of outstanding work in progress along with critical financial data including aged debt.
 

Shepherd FM Employee of the month is in its second year and with only four more months remaining this year, all staff and clients are reminded to nominate any Shepherd FM employee that deserves the award.
