James is a winner!
James Webster, Systems Manager for Shepherd FM has recently been awarded the Shepherd FM Employee of the Month Award for his project management of the integration of Concept Evolution, the CAFM system into the Business.
On his award, James comments:
“I was absolutely delighted to have been presented with the Shepherd FM Employee of the Month Award. It is a great achievement that I am very proud of.
"I have recently been responsible for the implementation of the CAFM system Concept Evolution, which provides both our clients and our operations team with far greater transparency and efficiency in the running of the contracts. It has been an exciting project to work on and I am now looking forward to making even more improvements to the infrastructure of our business.”
Dave Smith, Operations Manager for Shepherd FM adds:
“The introduction of Concept, for both PPM and Reactive works dramatically improves the contract delivery. Our clients now have full visibility of works progress and are presented with graphical representations of this in monthly reports or as required. We are also able to schedule PPMs around Clients specific requirements and demonstrate how value for money can be achieved by increasing maintenance periods. In summary, Concept is a valuable tool in Shepherd FM's 'A Thinking Business' approach to partnering".
The SFM Employee of the month has proved to be a hugh success for both clients and employees alike. Whilst clients are able to nominate employees for going that extra mile, employees are rewarded for the extra special effort. The overall winner for 2011 is soon to be announced!
