Shepherd FM Charity Fundraising Gets Underway
A team of dedicated individuals from Shepherd FM took part in the Macmillan Cancer Support Charity London Walk kick starting the Company’s summer fundraising activities.
Setting off from the Cutty Sark Gardens in Greenwich, the Shepherd FM team, walked 5 miles to London Bridge, together with hundreds of fellow fundraisers.
Macmillan Cancer support was chosen unanimously by Shepherd FM employees as the charity they would most like to fundraise for during our Communications Meeting last November. Further fundraising activities are planned for this charity throughout the summer, including a bike trip from York to Manchester.
The money raised from the walk will be matched by the business, and will be presented to Macmillan Cancer support; Shepherd FM’s chosen charity for 2012.
